Spring Recipe | Emily’s Spring Time Tabouli

A favourite spring time recipe in our home - it's perfect pairing is our 2018 Farrell Wines Riesling. 

Emily’s Spring Time Tabouli

  • 1/2 a cup of burghul
  • 3 1/2 cups of coarsely chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
  • 3 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 cup of chopped fresh mint
  • 3 squeezed lemons
  • 1/4 cup of virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Place burghul in a small bowl of water for 10 minutes then drain in a strainer
  2. Mix in rest of the ingredients and gently toss together
