General Info

We can only currently ship our great wines to Australian States and Territories. 

Please note, someone over 18 MUST sign for the wine upon delivery. We recommend shipping to a location where someone will be available during the day to sign. To avoid any delays, we highly recommend you use a business address as your shipping address.

Shipping Costs

Shipping & handling rates include the cost of cardboard boxes, inserts to protect your wines, plus labor and signature charges levied by carriers. Wines are transported by Australia Post. A tracking number is sent to the provided email address once it has left our warehouse. Please allow upto 1-2 business days for your order to be packed and sent.

Rules and Restrictions 

  • You must be 18 or older to order 
  • A signature upon delivery is required - must be 18 or older. 
  • Wine cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.
  • We highly recommend you use a business address as your shipping address 

Order Processing  

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being received, with most orders going out the next day. All orders are shipped via Australia Post and will require a signature.

Extreme Weather Shipment Holds

Wines, like us, are sensitive to their environment. Being exposed to extreme heat or cold will affect the quality of the product. To prevent your wines from becoming damaged during periods of extreme weather, we may have to hold your order until the beginning of the next week or until weather conditions improve. 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, it may be returned for exchange or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
